Spring Garden Hotel

There weren’t many places to eat within walking distance, and the hotel’s own food wasn’t very impressive either. Getting food delivered was frustrating sometimes because local delivery and service riders seemed to have trouble finding the hotel. The hotel itself was decent, but I found the location inconvenient and the dining options limited. The stay was okay, though access and food could be better.

The damp smell in the room was awful and gave me a sore throat. I was awake all night, so I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you need a good sleep. The towels looked old and dirty, and the cleanliness overall was poor.

It was so different from the photos that I wouldn’t come back. The room was old, dusty, and moldy, and a strong musty smell hit us as soon as we opened the door. We went through almost a whole bottle of air freshener just to be able to stay.

The place is nice, and the receptionist was friendly, but the staff member in charge of the pool was very rude. We hadn’t been told there was a time limit for the pool. We were already in the toilet changing and showering when a woman came in shouting and banging things, then turned the lights on and off while we were still inside. She insulted us and yelled at us in public, which was embarrassing. We were just finishing up and about to leave. She could have politely reminded us about the time limit instead of treating us so disrespectfully.
