The room was great, but getting help when the water suddenly stopped in the middle of the night was a struggle. There’s no direct way to reach the front desk, and I had to call the hotline five times before anyone answered. Then I waited another 45 minutes, plus 10 more minutes for hot water. I was halfway through a bath, with it 9°C outside.

The bungalow rooms are lovely, with a good view of the whole lake through the glass windows, and the price is reasonable. The swimming pool is a little small. For a group camping trip, the BBQ is a good choice.

Bungalow 01 worked for us and was comfortable enough for a short stay with little luggage. We had several days of motorbike travel behind us and quite a bit of stuff, so it felt cramped. There’s also a real electrocution risk in the shower: exposed wires hang across and below the water heater. I brought it to management’s attention and hope they’ve fixed it. Also

There’s a large pine forest area with lots of spots for visitors to take photos. Parking costs 10,000 VND, and entry is 60,000 VND. There’s also an amusement park with thrilling rides.

Everything was impressively clean and efficient, right in the middle of the mountains. Phoenix resort was amazing, with beautiful scenery for walks, plus a small amusement park, restaurants, and a bar.
