Songlam Waterfront Hotel - 藍江酒店

This was our worst experience in the country so far. We’ve loved Vietnam’s culture, people, and landscapes, and this was our second extended visit. At first, the hotel seemed like the others we’d enjoyed: great service, very clean rooms, and good value. My best friend and his partner went for massages at the on-site spa. They were separated, and when the masseuses arrived in miniskirts and stilettos, they made multiple sexual advances and touched them without consent in private, vulnerable areas. My friends left early, but staff still asked them to pay full price and then tried to charge more by falsely claiming they’d ordered food. They felt so violated that we left three hours after arriving and found another hotel. Later, staff came to our room, mentioned that they’d had a massage, and asked if we wanted one too. I firmly declined. I can’t recommend or support this hotel.

It’s quiet here with a nice view and a lovely outdoor pool. The hotel is a little out of the city, and there isn’t a convenience store nearby, so buy what you need before coming. The room was clean and the staff friendly. Breakfast was so-so for a four-star standard, with limited choices. Maybe that was because it wasn’t peak season or a weekend, but it could be better. P.S. The welcome pineapple cake in the room was delicious.

The rooms and facilities are beautiful and comfortable, and the service throughout the hotel was exceptional. Everyone was welcoming and friendly, and they really seemed to care about making our stay special. Highly recommended!

I had a good experience here. The food was really tasty, and the staff were very friendly. They also have a good coffee shop. Definitely coming back soon!
