The rooms are spacious and pretty, and the place is well maintained. It’s quiet and peaceful here. The bad AirBnB reviews seemed misleading to me, as if they came from unreasonable customers. Definitely worth trying.

I spent six months here, and the views are simply stunning. At sunrise the city sparkles, then sunset brings vivid colors, with majestic mountains around it. The other side looks out to the sea, with a beautiful bay and islands in the distance. Whether you’re on vacation or working, it’s a great place to relax or find inspiration. The accommodation has everything you need and more. The owner and staff are polite, attentive, and always ready to help with questions. If I’m back in this beautiful city, I’ll stay here again.

The rooms have a good view. That’s where the positives end. When I checked in, the manager said the air conditioners were modern and energy efficient. That was a complete lie. They don’t even have an eco mode and use from 1.7 kW per hour. After measuring the usage, I told the manager what I thought and asked for my money back. He refused to return my 2 million deposit. That’s on his conscience. I left. The next day he found new tenants, and made money from me through his lies.

We stayed in the apartment for a month. The furniture was new, and the balcony had a lovely view, but there was no service. On arrival the room was dirty, with a thick layer of dust on the floor and dirty bathroom towels, which we asked to have replaced. No cleaning was done during the month. I asked for fresh bed linen and changed it myself. Toward the end of our stay, renovation work started in the building next door, even on Sundays from 7am. There are also lots of karaoke bars nearby.
