Bonjour Nha Trang Hotel

The pool was very dirty, and the facilities and cleaning were poor. Staff were unfriendly and seemed to pretend they couldn't speak English, but spoke it very well when they wanted money. They were aggressive with guests, so be careful. They also demanded a deposit that didn't exist.

The location works well for getting around on foot, though traffic is heavy. The stay itself was disappointing: the lobby was untidy, and reception staff were rude. The hotel kept guests' passports or IDs, with no alternative deposit option, and this policy wasn't explained properly. When I asked about it, staff argued in front of other guests. Check-in instructions were missing, and the breakfast tickets were confusing, so guests were sent away unless reception confirmed their eligibility. The elevators also shut down suddenly without warning in this 20-floor hotel, which was inconvenient and felt unsafe. I stayed at Bonjour Hotel from 07/06/2024 to 09/06/2024.

The only real plus was being a five-minute walk from the beach. The room looked nothing like the pictures, smelled moldy, and had an extremely hard, uncomfortable bed. Check-in was difficult for no reason, and the staff weren't friendly. I won't be back.

The location is really convenient, with everything you need nearby and the beach just two blocks, about a five-minute walk, away. I've been staying at Bonjour Hotel since September 2024 and have loved it. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and have balconies. Housekeeping keeps them spotless day after day, and the reception staff are lovely, especially Vi, who is super sweet, and Thao Vu, who is very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.
