We were especially well looked after by Lam at the rooftop bar and Duyen in the restaurant. Both were attentive, friendly, and professional. The hotel is right by the sea, with lovely views and easy water access. We liked the beach in front of the hotel better than the one reached by shuttle: the water there was cleaner and more enjoyable, and stairs and railings made getting in easy. One thing management could improve is the pool rule about bringing your own water. Water is a basic need, especially in hot weather, so letting guests bring it would make things more comfortable. We had a wonderful stay at Boton Blue Hotel & Spa and would happily recommend it to people visiting Nha Trang.

The room was extremely clean, and breakfast staff and the manager were very friendly. They even brought my partner a cake and wished him a happy birthday. Lisa at reception was helpful and spoke English really well. But at checkout today, 29/2/26, we were charged nearly 700k for a Red Bull from the minibar. We had used the minibar, so that charge itself was fair, but my partner caught the price on the receipt. There was no apology, just a correction. The skybar lounge was horrible, and the bathroom lighting was too dim for makeup, with no close-up mirror. Before checkout, I thought this was definitely a five-star hotel and had written a much more positive review. Now I don't think it'll be my regular choice. People should be aware before booking.

The service was unbelievable, and the breakfast, room, and bed were all excellent. My wife and I spent a week here after another week on the other side of nha trang, and after two months traveling around Asia, this was one of our best stays. There's a small shuttle to a beautiful beach about 1km away, where loungers and towels are provided. We were pleasantly surprised and can definitely recommend it.

The rooms and shared areas were clean and well looked after, and all the services and facilities worked smoothly. Staff were welcoming, genuinely friendly, and quick to help whenever I needed something. I had a great eight-night stay from beginning to end and would gladly come back. Highly recommended.

We were happy with our stay and felt our expectations were met. Prices were a little lower than those of competing five-star hotels closer to the city center, and you can notice the difference. The staff were friendly, the view was good, and our room had two balconies and an outdoor bath. Cleaning was thorough, and the minibar was restocked quickly. The decor feels dated, with old wooden floors, worn furniture, and tired shower curtains. The restaurant served good food, but breakfast was just OK: several dishes weren't kept warm, and the drip coffee was cold. We made plenty of use of the nice sauna, infinity pool, and Jacuzzi. The cold plunge next to the sauna wasn't really cold, at least by Norwegian standards, lol.
