If you need a place to rest and recharge, this isn’t it. The hotel feels run down and costs too much for the “services” it offers. The staff were fairly friendly and helpful, though they don’t speak much English. My room was a bit dirty, the beds were uncomfortable, and the air conditioning worked only some of the time. I had a cold shower on the first evening. I mentioned it the next day and it was fixed right away. The rooms aren’t soundproof, so I could hear everything from my very noisy neighbors. There was work at the hotel or nearby too, with drilling and hammering starting before 7 in the morning.

I stayed here three times in 2023, when it was a great deal at 13 AUD a night. Now it costs 61 AUD a night for the same thing, five times as much. That’s ridiculous for what you get, possibly the worst deal in Nha Trang.

The room was cheap and decent, but the bed was awful and the AC didn’t work.

We booked three nights, but the room was filthy. The sheets were stained, there were hairs on the bed, the bathroom was disgusting, and the toilet seat was broken. My wife asked at the front desk to change rooms. The room we checked on the tenth floor was even dirtier, and cockroaches as big as a hand were crawling on the bed. We asked them to clean it, but were told that wasn’t possible. I pointed out how dirty all the hallways were and asked if they did any cleaning. I also asked for a manager, but the girl said she was there alone. We got our money back and moved to another hotel. I don’t recommend this place. It’s REALLY DISGUSTING. On the way down, we saw a guest carrying a mop and rag. He’d just arrived and was cleaning the room himself because he said it was dirty. IT’S A SHAME.

Every week there seems to be some new problem. When we first checked in, the boiler was broken, so we went three days without hot water. They did provide breakfast each day. Today the power went out, and we need to get work done, but they can’t give us an exact estimate for when it will be back. I also have questions about the pool. The booking showed one pool, but the actual one is much smaller, with only three sun loungers on the premises. When we asked why, they said the photo was old and the pool had been dismantled. A disgusting hotel. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
