Elite Hotel Nha Trang

Across reception, security, housekeeping, and dining, the staff were truly excellent. Everyone worked hard, stayed friendly, and did what they could to meet our needs. The food and service were good. Sleep, unfortunately, was almost impossible during our month there. The rooms have no real soundproofing, and noise from neighbours was constant, especially with frequent tour groups. People often left doors open, spoke loudly, played music or TV, and cigarette smoke seeped into the hallways. Staff would quiet things down temporarily when we contacted them, but the problem kept returning and became stressful. Being able to rest is essential in a hotel, so despite the good service and food, we wouldn't return. Light sleepers, long-term guests, and digital nomads may want to look at other places in the same price range.

Over the past two weeks, I've stayed in several different types of rooms here without any problems. They're affordable, clean, comfortable, and have all the amenities you need. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Great little hotel!

I came to Elite Nha Trang after Kim Chung (Sales) referred me. The furniture seems quite new, and the rooms are clean and fresh. I especially liked the bed, which was really comfortable and high quality. The balcony area can get a bit noisy, so it may be tough if you're a light sleeper. Aside from that, it's a solid choice.

I'm staying at this hotel now, and the service is great. Everything is clean and safe. I especially want to thank the wonderful reception manager, Ms Tien. She helped me like nobody else could. Thank you so much, dear Tien!
