Green World Nha Trang Apartment

Even though I was there for just one night, the friendly, professional front desk team and comfortable room left a great impression. My Deluxe Ocean View Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely ocean view and a bathtub I especially enjoyed. I had a very pleasant stay at Green World Hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Nha Trang.

I stayed here for years whenever I came to Nha Trang, but I won’t come back. The hotel used to be good, then the owners changed while the name stayed the same, and the quality went badly downhill. I recently stayed again and found it terrible in every respect. Tripadvisor has also removed all the bad reviews, including reviews from when these owners were running the hotel, so guests can’t see the real experience.

The next morning I woke up with bites all over my body, which made an already bad experience worse. I’d booked a double room by mistake and asked on arrival if we could switch to one large bed. The girl at the service counter simply said no and didn’t even check whether another room was available. The service was poor, and the lift and corridor looked old and dirty. It was my first visit and will definitely be my last. The hotel is overrated. Its service and hygiene deserve only one star, not four.

The room was clean and well organized, and the hotel offered fair quality for an affordable price. I’d recommend it. I especially want to thank Ngan Yen, who helped us very professionally even though I arrived in the middle of the night. She kindly took care of all my requests and walked me to the elevator.
