The room maid was lovely, polite, kind, and always had a beautiful smile. Nha Trang itself is a great city, but this place is a disgrace. The hallway carpets were filthy, and when we arrived our “manager” tried to put us in a tiny room that was nothing like the one we’d booked. She then missed all our appointments and, at the end of the month, added a “managerial fee” to our bill. One night the toilet burst. It was repaired the next day, but kept leaking. The fire alarm also went off at random, and a fire exit sign near our room sometimes beeped loudly every 15 seconds. We asked staff to fix it, but they did nothing. That alone felt like torture.

I’m giving the one star for the location and an okay room. We spent 30 minutes walking up and down the road before a kind woman pointed us to the place. The photos make it look like there’s a front entrance, but the hotel is just one floor inside a large building. We stayed six nights and couldn’t find staff anywhere, as if the place were closed. They advertise a pool, so we messaged to ask where it was. It turned out to belong to another hotel, and guests had to pay to use it. We left the cleaning light on for three nights and nobody came, so we had full bins and no toilet roll for half our stay. When I raised the problems, the hotel basically said I was lying 😂. The misleading advert nearly ruined our stay, and it wasn’t worth the hassle when there are plenty of other good hotels nearby.

SCAM! This hotel has been gone for a long time. I booked through Airbnb, then reported that the place doesn’t exist. If you booked here through an app, you can request a refund.

The room rates seemed very reasonable for Nha Trang during peak season. I paid 3-4 million VND a month depending on room size, excluding electricity, water, management fees, and Wi-Fi. Daily stays were around 400-600k VND. There are lots of amenities and convenience stores nearby, the beach is within walking distance, and there are plenty of taxis to the city center. Whenever something needed fixing in the room, I asked the owner or reception and they sorted it out right away. They were very helpful to guests. Thanks to Ms. H and Ms. L for supporting my family.
