The common areas are clean and well maintained, the staff are very friendly, and the location is great. I stayed on the apartment side, on an upper floor facing the bay to the North/East. The view was great, and I could hear the waves at night and early morning. The building is in the heart of the beachfront community, with lots of nearby restaurants. It's a five minute walk to the beach, one minute to a convenience store and 15 minutes to a large supermarket. The internet was very slow, and, as others have reported, there are problems with cockroaches. Our host was very helpful with that problem.

The room had a strong musty, moldy smell when I walked in. It became bearable only after a long time with the windows open. Water running through the ceiling pipes was loud and happened often, even in the middle of the night. Breakfast was nothing special, and the basement parking checks were frustrating. Whenever I took my motorcycle out, they stopped me for checks that seemed unnecessary and had no clear purpose, wasting my time. Service was poor too. Although I checked in after 3:00 PM, they said the room wasn't ready and left me waiting in the lobby for about 30 minutes. Check-out was worse: staff asked me to wait while they checked the room and said they'd update me, but after more than 15 minutes I saw them chatting among themselves. When I went over, I got a half-hearted apology and was told I could go. They didn't seem to care about guests at all. I wonder if they've become complacent because so many Korean tourists come here. I do not recommend this place.

The complex is huge, but everything runs smoothly. There's a pool, bar and gym about halfway up the building, with a great beach view. The room was huge, very clean and serviced daily. Breakfast had a huge variety and was beautifully presented. Great location, just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Lots of families here. Reception staff could raise their standards a bit.

Close to the beach, with spacious, neat and clean rooms. The breakfast buffet had lots to choose from, though very few items suited vegetarians.
