Lee Hotel

The hotel looks new, but I ran into a lot of problems. This was my first time at a hotel that makes guests leave their shoes outside. They seemed extremely stingy with electricity. Hallway lights outside guest rooms had to be switched on manually, but someone turned them off right away. The elevator suddenly stopped working after 9 PM, apparently because the 3-phase circuit breaker had been pulled down. There was no backup generator, and after 9 PM the hot water heater for instant noodles was also turned off. Housekeeping was unprofessional. Four of us shared a room with only two blankets, and when we asked for another, we were told they were out and two blankets were enough for four people. One room apparently doesn't have the TV and locker shown in the picture, which is unacceptable if the hotel is using individual rooms for business. Guests have to leave their keys when they go out, which I can accept, but staff going into the room to switch off the air conditioner and lights is unacceptable.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. I'll definitely come back next time.
