The air conditioner wasn't working well, but when I called, the staff came up right away, so I gave it five stars. The room was clean, with a nice view, and it was quite close to the sea, the center, and Muong Thanh Hotel. Water in the room was fairly cheap, and the receptionist was very friendly. I'll definitely come back next time I'm in NT.

It's a reasonable price, and the staff are friendly and enthusiastic, though they could be more professional. The rooms are clean, attractive, and newly built. The road in is a little narrow, but the area is quiet, which suits people who want to avoid noise. It's handy for the beach and cafes, though far from the city center. There's no sea view.
