Nha Trang Beachfront Apartments

My reservation was cancelled during Tet (Lunar New Year), so I ended up staying here. The room was small, the mattress was hard, and everything seemed dirty. The regular rate was 350k VND, compared with 500k VND during Tet. Street parking was free, or you could park in the basement of the adjacent apartment building for 150k VND/night.

The location is nice, but the rooms are stuffy and the equipment is old. The air conditioner, TV, and Wi-Fi didn’t work. There were no combs, and the shower gel and shampoo bottles had no labels to tell them apart. The security staff were unpleasant to talk to. I booked a 500k VND room, but its air conditioner wasn’t working. When I asked to change rooms, they wouldn’t cooperate and made excuses even though plenty of other rooms were available. Their attitude toward guests was terrible.

The location is nice, but the room was dark and old, the Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect, and the TV didn’t have YouTube. I rented a contract room with parking for 500k from the afternoon until 12am the next day. I drove to work after renting it and let other cars park. When I got back, they’d caught my car in a spot marked no parking. I asked to park in my space, but the contract hotel owner chased the guest away. Bad service, and the attitude was just to run away.

At 3 am, I was left outside after booking a room. When I arrived to check in, the security guard said there were no rooms and refused to let me in, with a very rude attitude. The way tourists were treated was terrible. A few hundred thousand dong isn’t much to me, but it’s awful that anyone would choose to stay here with service like this.
