There's a pool and barbecue area, and laundry is available in the apartment. It's a fairly cheap place with modern facilities, though electricity use was high and the charges added up even when we barely used the AC. The apartment is serviced once a week.

I've been living here for nearly five months and really love it. The management and staff are friendly. Love this place!

I made my reservation through Booking, but couldn't check in when I got there. I was given three different explanations: the system wasn't working, the apartment had already been booked, and it was being renovated. I ended up not checking in, after wasting time and dealing with a lot of stress.

The kitchen is clean, and there aren't any ants at all, unlike even at the Panorama. The apartments are nice for a low price. If you find the owner there, it's better to arrange things directly with her. The pool and barbecue area up on the roof are convenient.

The typhoon wrecked the terrace two months ago, and it still hasn't been repaired. They keep saying they'll fix it. Cleaning is only so-so: they don't do a good job, and just clean the floor.
