I got bitten badly in bed, and the place was disgusting 🤢. Security was really rude. I had to shower using the torch on my phone.

For six days I couldn’t work properly because the internet kept giving me trouble. We haven’t been able to fix it, and you don’t seem to care. That’s unacceptable for a prestigious organization. I don’t recommend this place.

The location, room and housekeeping were good, but the charge for the room keys put me off. I lost two cards and was asked for VND 700,000. After arguing, I paid “only” VND 500,000. I’m sure they’re worth just VND 10,000. It felt like someone was taking advantage of tourists like me. I won’t be back, which is a pity for you.

The hallways smell awful because every floor has a trash room. The tower is dirty and poorly maintained, so I hope your room isn’t beside one of those rooms.

Prices are about average, and the staff are polite. The rooms are clean and have lovely views. A really cool place.
