It was easy to explore Nha Trang on foot from Citadines Bayfront, and the staff were friendly. I also enjoyed the clean room, the ocean view, and the beachfront setting. The pool and breakfast were nice extras. I’d recommend staying here if you’re visiting the city.

The gym was clean and well equipped, which made it easy to keep up with workouts while traveling. I also liked that the hotel provided free beach benches for relaxing by the sea. Citadines Nha Trang is right across from the beach, with restaurants, cafes, and local spots an easy walk away. My room was modern, comfortable, and very clean, with a stunning view, especially in the morning. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout the stay. I had a fantastic time and would happily return.

Huy from security made a strong first impression. He greeted guests with a warm smile and was quick to offer attentive help. The whole team was professional and friendly from the moment I arrived, and my clean, well-equipped room was comfortable and relaxing. I’ll definitely come back and recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The pool is on the small side, but it wasn’t crowded since most people head to the beach. The breakfast was quite good, and I loved the view from my room. The hotel is also close to the beach and lots of restaurants. I’m planning to stay here again next time I visit Nha Trang.

The room was kept tidy very efficiently, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The AC cooled the room enough. There were a few drawbacks: the gym wasn’t open 24 hours, amenities weren’t replenished every day after use, and the balcony window and main door didn’t block sound well. I could hear people passing by and street noise. I’d still recommend it for the location, cleanliness, and friendly staff.
