It's a beautiful hotel, but it was expensive. The staff felt very cold and impersonal toward us, though they were nice when they were taking our money. This seems like a great place for local Vietnamese people.

Our family had a lovely three-night stay, and we'd be happy to return. It's a great choice for families, right in the middle of things, with the beach just across the road and the lively walking streets a couple of blocks away. Everyone we dealt with, from reception and room service to security, was kind and professional. The hotel is well kept, our room was spotless, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. We all slept well. Breakfast had a great selection of high-quality Vietnamese food. One thing I'd suggest improving is the lighting. More brightness in the lobby, hallways, restaurant and rooms would make the spaces feel more modern and welcoming.

The people working the breakfast buffet and clearing tables deserve a raise. The guests, though, took far more food than they could eat and were rude to the staff. I'd never seen such waste in my life. We stayed a week. On arrival, nobody greeted us or helped with our bags. There was no warm welcome at the desk, and when I handed over our passports to check in, they said they would keep them. I refused. Who takes a guest's passport to hold? The hotel calls itself luxury, but I didn't get that feeling. The rooms were dated, and the windows had a layer of dirt. Breakfast was included, and not once did anyone ask for our room number. The hotel needs to think again about how it wants to be seen. It should start with customer service when people arrive. Truly disappointing.

Phuong at the front desk made my stay memorable. I wanted to rent a motorbike, and she gladly helped with everything. Based on how long I needed it, I would normally have been charged for two full days. She negotiated on my behalf, so I paid just the one-day rate. That really impressed me. I was here on a company trip and had a wonderful experience. The room was very spacious, more than enough for one person, clean and well supplied with amenities. I highly recommend this hotel.
