Getting a ride to stop in the right place outside the apartment is a struggle, thanks to the Xanh SM salespeople and security guards. The Xanh SM staff who are supposedly there to help with taxis yell at people as they leave. One man shouted “YO! YO! YO! YO!” at me while I was just walking outside my own building. The guards also block both entrances during the day, making it a frustrating, time consuming hassle to get in or out. They add no security that I can see, and their lack of spatial awareness makes me want to leave as soon as possible. Deliveries are another ordeal. The guards won't let Grab drivers wait at the curb for customers to collect their orders, and they shoo the exhausted drivers away. That turns every delivery into a draining performance, and you can end up getting soaked in the rain while retrieving your order, if you're lucky enough to get it. This place could otherwise be one of Nha Trang's best buildings to live in or rent. We pay $600-$1000+ US dollars a month to be treated this way, in the middle of Nha Trang?

I've been in Gold Coast Apartments a long time, and the management could do a much better job. Illegal parking goes unchecked, including motorcycles in alleyways and red-marked areas, with no warnings for the people who leave them there. Repairs and renovations are also constant, and the noise often comes at inconvenient times. The cleaning staff can keep all the elevators busy. For one of Nha Trang's most expensive buildings, this is disappointing.

The balcony has a lovely view over the sea 🌊 and city, especially at night with all the lights on. The studio was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable, with a big bed. I'd recommend this place 👌

We had a bad experience with the security team. They were rude and had a terrible attitude, especially one woman who was disrespectful and acted as if she owned the building. Management should check on its employees regularly. Bad service.

Living here is so convenient. The beach is right in front, and the supermarket, cinema, bowling alley, mall, coffee shops including Starbucks, fast food, and seafood restaurants are all nearby or an easy walk away. It's right at the heart of Nha Trang Center 😋.
