Prime Hotel

A sea view room on the tenth floor for 450,000 VND is an amazing deal. The hotel may not be “Grade A Prime,” but I really enjoyed my stay. It’s a block from the beach, down a quieter street, and the rooftop pool is pleasantly cold with a great view. The staff were professional and capable, and spoke English really well. Breakfast had a pho and egg station, plus a decent spread.

I was welcomed warmly as soon as I arrived, and the staff stayed attentive throughout my visit. The room was spotless, nicely decorated, and had the amenities I needed to be comfortable. I also enjoyed the food at the on-site dining options. Prime Hotel was well placed for exploring the city, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting.

My stay at Prime New Hotel Nha Trang was awful. A bag with a ring, earrings, and a bracelet went missing from my room. The hotel’s response was the worst part: staff answered phone calls, but took no real action. I asked them to send the outcome of their “search” through Zalo (local messenger), and they never got back to me. They’re not on WhatsApp, and calling was the only way to reach them, with no results. The room was dirty, badly cleaned, and uncomfortable. Service felt completely unprofessional, with no responsibility, follow-up, or concern for guest safety. Their website also seems fake or doesn’t work at all, which made me question the hotel’s credibility. I strongly don’t recommend staying here if you care about your belongings, safety, or basic customer service.

Breakfast was nice, though some jam for the toast would have been welcome. For the price, it was generally fine. The hotel has been renovated and is in good condition, and it was very clean. The windows and balconies are a bit odd, but otherwise it’s a nice place and good value. I’d recommend it.
