Royal Home

The location and cost both worked well for me, and the rooms felt clean with fresh furniture and furnishings. The staff were really friendly. I could find what I needed for my first few days of shopping on foot, even though Google Maps was slow. I just followed Line 3 and came across shops selling the things I needed every few minutes. With malls all around, it seems hard to get lost near the hotel. Point in any direction and you’ll probably run into someone from our country, or a Vietnamese person, for sure. I’d highly recommend staying here!

I was very satisfied with the stay. The price was fair, and the hotel sits somewhere quiet. Inside, the rooms are roomy, with big beds, new amenities, luxurious furnishings, and lovely decor. The bathroom was spotless and had all the toiletries.

The exterior didn't catch my eye, but my room was clean and the staff were helpful and pleasant. I just stayed here and had to look carefully to find the place because it seems the house number had recently changed.

I was really disappointed by the reception staff. They spoke rudely to guests, and in my view they don't deserve even a one-star rating.
