We went two days without hot water, but that wasn't even the worst part. After a dispute earlier that day between the hotel and others in our travel group, a staff member came out to our coach just minutes after we'd checked out and accused us of leaving big blue stains on the sheets. We would have noticed them, and the staff said they'd already tried washing them. They demanded payment for a replacement, asking for exactly what the other guests owed. The manager couldn't even look us in the eye while asking for the money. The dishonesty was shocking. Avoid this place. Nha Trang itself also wasn't worth visiting to us, with high rises and Russian tourists everywhere.
