Art Nest Hotel Nha Trang

The staff made us feel welcome and were friendly throughout. The hotel was clean and beautiful, and we had an amazing stay.

The rooms are decent for the price, but they felt completely soulless. We also got charged for the wrong water in the room. It would've helped to know that only the two tiny bottles were free. As a “gesture of goodwill,” they offered to charge us for just half the water. 😂 The breakfast was awful, with stale food. Some of the cakes were the only edible things, and even the bread tasted like it had been left in the sun for days. The rooftop “bar” only has four cocktails, and the atmosphere feels like a morgue. We couldn't wait to leave the Benidorm of Vietnam. At reception, the woman didn't greet us and just said “passports.” The manager was friendly when he came in, but that first impression stuck. Maybe Nha Trang being a horrible place to be is why the hotel has no charm at all. It could be good, but it missed the mark completely. We wouldn't recommend staying here.

The breakfast buffet is huge, mostly Asian food, though there are a few healthy options that Westerners can manage. The tables were often left pretty dirty, and sometimes food ran out without being replaced in time. Apart from that, everything was great. The hotel feels cozy, the lobby has a nice gingery smell, and the staff are cute. Our room was spacious and clean, with well-maintained facilities, clean AC, a nice-smelling bathroom, and very clean sheets and towels. I'd definitely come back!

The pool is amazing, and the room was super comfortable. I loved the splendid view too. You're right next to the stores and the square, which makes this one of my favorite places in Nha Trang. Trust me, you'll like this hotel.
