Together House - Hostel

The location was good, and the service was nice. Breakfast tasted good too. I had a good stay here. Try the pool on the fourth floor.

The room had a great view, and the beach was very close by. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choices, and housekeeping was always prompt and thorough. We also found the laundry and ironing service convenient and well organized. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and peaceful, and the staff made us feel welcome from day one. Special thanks to Ms. Tran Thanh Loi at reception for her kindness, professionalism, and help with everything. She always had a smile and made us feel at home. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.

The air conditioning never got fixed, even though I reported it to the front desk. I was told an engineer would come, then waited more than 40 minutes before staff claimed the engineer had already been there. That wasn't true, since nobody had shown up before we asked again. They didn't offer us another room, and the problem was still there when we left. The lack of honest communication and urgency was unacceptable. I expect basic comfort and straightforward service at a hotel, and got neither. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you need a reliable, professional experience.

The food was excellent, and I could keep up with my workouts in the well-equipped gym. My room was spacious and exceptionally clean, while the staff were welcoming and attentive. The beach is nearby, with some good restaurants also within walking distance. My stay was short but really pleasant, and I'd recommend the hotel.
