I booked eight nights but couldn't stand the place, so I checked out right away. The Wi-Fi was awful, and the charging outlets had no power. There was no desk, chair, sea view, or garbage bags. The receptionist seemed completely unprofessional and knew nothing about running a hotel. They wouldn't even refund me when I left early. The facilities and staff were amateurish. This is the worst hotel I've ever visited, a scam!
They drilled the walls starting at 7 a.m. and kept going for a month with no rest. When am I supposed to sleep, and where?
The rates were very reasonable, and the hotel was really clean when my family stayed at TripGo on our Nha Trang trip. I’d definitely book here again next time I’m in the city.
My girlfriend keeps trying to talk me into coming here, and it’s such a hassle! The place charges just 100k VND for two hours, which feels ridiculously cheap. What a strange hotel.
The prices are fair, and they’re posted at reception. The rooms feel open and clean, especially the twin rooms.
