There are cafes around the small lake right across the road, and plenty of places to eat nearby, including fast food right outside and more within a minute's walk. Some cafe music carries in the evening, but it doesn't last long. I was there for six days over Tet and was pleased with the cleanliness and service. The facilities are basic, though I found them better than at the nearby four-star beach resort where I'd paid three times as much. The internet was fast and everything else worked. I also appreciated that the owner respected my privacy, unlike at the other resort, where cleaners and reception kept wanting to come into the room to clean for whatever reason. A comfortable, affordable no-frills stay. Cheers.

It’s in the city center, though not by the beach. The place is small and clean, and the TV has some cool channels. At this low price, I’d give it 4.5 stars.
