Right in the city center, beside the city square and night market. The rooms are clean and have the basic facilities. There’s no parking area, though you can leave your car on the sidewalk.

My husband and I booked for the first day of Tet (Lunar New Year), and the room was a reasonable 600,000 VND per night. The hotel sits on a small street opposite Phan Rang pedestrian street, near the city center, so it’s convenient to get around. It’s new, clean, comfortable, and quiet, with a wide access road and parking available. The price, service, and location were all quite good, and we’d come back when visiting Phan Rang.
