You're right in the city center, with coffee shops and restaurants all around and the night market just a 5-minute walk away. Service is okay, but the rooms are basic and not soundproof at all. Light sleepers should skip it.

The owner’s family were really nice and helped sort out an issue caused by booking.com, so five stars from me. The location is prime, just one block from the main park and plaza. The hotel is split between two buildings across the street. One has the newly built fancy rooms, while the typical rooms are also a great value.

The beds were big and the staff were very lovely, but that was the good part. The room was extremely dirty. The floor hadn't been mopped or wiped, there were lots of dirty marks on the walls and stains on the bedsheets, and there were two large cockroaches in the bathroom. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.

I stayed one night and had a good experience. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. Just be aware there's no elevator.

The owner and staff were so friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. Our stay was perfect. When we left, the owner wished us well, and we wish you all the best too. If you're in Phan Rang, this is the place to stay.
