For 12 dollars, don't expect too much. The room had air conditioning, decent but slightly hard beds, and towels were provided. The rest of it was clean, though the bathroom wasn't very clean, so I wouldn't spend much time in there. The owner's kids were fun to talk to. Have fun kiting or checking out the sand dunes!
