We had the best vacation and I hope to come back next year. Everything here feels perfect, from the rooms and breakfast to the hospitality. Tam helps us every day, and she's a wonderful singer with an excellent voice. The hotel also puts on an evening show with live music. The spa manager and her therapist are the best. Bamboo Village resort was just what we needed after a busy 8-week tour of Southeast Asia. The staff were friendly, and Tam's service stood out. She checked in with us every day and invited us to activities, which may be why we'd return. Our wellness bungalow was clean and well-maintained, with cleaning and restocking twice a day. The king bed and pillows were very comfortable. I loved the bathroom's outdoor-shower feel and the full bathtub with jets. Outside, our private patio was a peaceful little oasis, surrounded by lush greenery and furnished with two lounge chairs. The resort is in a beautiful spot right on the sandy beach, with comfortable lounge chairs that made it easy to relax.

The garden-like grounds are full of greenery and flowers, with landscaped spots for relaxing and meditating. The service was prompt and capable, resolving any issues in seconds. Food was delicious and varied, and there were plenty of events and live music. My family joined a cooking class led by Tam. She's a wonderful guide, knows her stuff, and speaks excellent English.

We stayed 5 nights and loved the calm, restorative feel of the resort. The place was scrupulously clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. Breakfast by the sea was beautiful. I also had a massage at lotus spa and thoroughly enjoyed it. We'd happily return.

If you're after a peaceful stay with a jungle feel, Bamboo Village Beach Resort is a great choice. We had a very clean beach and sea, and there are squirrels, birds, and gekons around the resort that add to the atmosphere. The restaurant sits right on the beach, with drink service on the beach and at both pools. Breakfast was perfect, and the restaurant served delicious food and drinks afterward. Our room was clean and cozy, and every employee was friendly and helpful. This was the best resort I've stayed at. For comparison, we're now at the 5 star Crowne plaza in phu quoc. The staff are nice there, but it's extremely noisy, with children screaming everywhere, trash in the sea and on the beach, crowds and no privacy. Our room has lots of handprints and wasn't well cleaned, and the price is much, much higher. Thank you, Bamboo Village Beach Resort.
