Golden Peak Resort & Spa Phan Thiet

We stayed in a villa for two days, and it was clean, comfortable, spacious, and really lovely. The resort itself feels beautiful and open, with its own beach. My family enjoyed the food, and the staff were attentive and enthusiastic.

The food wasn’t tasty, and there were so many flies in the restaurant that I was worried about hygiene and food safety. The service was disappointing too: the staff seemed indifferent and unprofessional, and the floor was still sandy and sticky after cleaning. The resort’s location is a real drawback, since it’s far from the city center and there’s nothing to do for about ten kilometers around. Guests can’t easily go elsewhere for entertainment, so I hope the resort improves its service to make up for that. The rooms themselves are lovely, spacious, fully equipped, and each has a balcony overlooking refreshing greenery. There are three pools, but the round one has been drained and is out of use. I’d especially looked forward to that one because it looked so beautiful in the pictures. The other two are clean and attractive, with ocean views and a good depth for both kids and adults.

We came on vacation with our little one and loved it. Our bungalow was nice, and the grounds were spacious and well kept. There’s a playground, a lovely pool, and a private beach.
