Hoang Anh Hotel by OYO Rooms

The price was acceptable, and the room was okay.

It was okay.

When I asked the staff for help or service, they were unfriendly. The hotel's Wi-Fi was unusable.

I've stayed there twice. On my first visit, a small, skinny security guard spoke clearly and kindly, and helped switch on the electrical equipment and shower. The guard on my next visit spoke hesitantly. I hope the hotel takes a look at the staff issue.
