The younger son, who speaks English, said he'd have our laundry done by the next morning so we could wear it. At 10am they told me it would be ready at noon. Then at noon he tried to hurry us out of the room. At 12.34pm he said, "u not come out u miss the bus to Saigon," while our laundry was still wet. He blamed the morning rain, which he already knew about and had mentioned when he sold us the noon jeep tour. After we checked out at 12.40pm, he refunded half the laundry cost, 20,000vnd, which was little compensation for the hassle. He then had us wait outside his "hotel" for nearly 50 minutes in the midday sun for the bus, while he played online games and his family watched TV in the shade four steps away. We were half dressed with smelly, wet laundry. Stay here at your own risk.
