Very Good Featured review

8/10
The building is beautiful, and the room, bed, and staff were good. The bathroom let the stay down. I booked a room with a bathtub, but it was in poor condition and there was no hot water because of the lack of sunlight. They gave me a partial refund since there was “no bath.” Some corners were very dirty and needed better cleaning. My first fridge didn’t work, and the replacement didn’t work either.

The staff were nice and gave us plenty of good restaurant suggestions. Service was very good, and I had a great weekend here with my friends. Nothing to complain about.

Everything feels new and is done in white, and I really like the room colours. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with a sweet, calm feel. Love it.

The service was good apart from security. I didn’t feel safe, especially as a woman.
