The staff were very nice and helpful, but I can't recommend staying here unless maintenance and cleaning improve. We spent almost four weeks here. It started out with a good impression, though the place is clearly slipping in both areas. Once we moved in, we had to clean everything because it was extremely dirty. The pool is nice, but there was only one sunbed and two bean bags to sit on.

During three months of travel, this was one of the nicest hotels we stayed in. It was clean and lovely, and the location was great. We also booked all our trips here. The Sunrise Tour by Jeep was very good and inexpensive, and the service stayed excellent right through our last trip. Thanks to Muine Volga Hotel. We’d recommend it to travelers looking for good service on a budget like ours.

From our second-floor room, my wife and I loved the stay. It was a decent size, with a dreamy balcony, and the equipment was clean and elegant. My one complaint is that the TV was a bit small and didn't have K+(a premium channel in VN). I was skeptical when I first arrived because the reception house was so tiny, but I had that wrong. Inside, it opened up into lots of villa-like houses and a big pool.

We planned to stay a couple of days, then ended up here until it was time to leave Muine. It's a green, very clean place, and people work all day to keep the hotel cozy and tidy. In the evenings, the jasmine smelled so good, I loved it. You can buy bus tickets here too. Just outside, turn right for a family restaurant with a cheap, good breakfast, like mango pancakes. Walk another minute and there's Pizza's, with great pizzas, noodles, and sangria.

We booked a large room, but when we arrived they offered us a smaller one. It was also at another hotel, about 2 km from this one. We complained, but they didn't change it or apologize. They just joked, "It's same distance, really near to main road" -2,19 PM, 31th DEC 2018- Now I'm replying to your reply. When we asked if we could change from the one-bed room to a two-bed room, you said we'd have to pay more. We didn't want to pay extra and said we'd just use the room we'd booked, but you offered us another hotel. Today you asked us to move to a bigger room, but we'd already used the room and didn't want to spend time changing rooms again. We paid for Volga hotel, not Mui Ne Sports Hotel. If you really had a problem with the booking system, you should have told us at least three days earlier. We booked your hotel on 12th Dec, but you didn't explain what was going on or apologize. Do you really think treating us like that was fair?
