Anston Castle is a functional hotel in Sunset Town, pretty much in the center of where the shows are. Once we had our rooms, things seemed okay, but early check-in wasn't available. The staff don't speak English, so figuring things out was a struggle. Service needs to improve. The young man working at night did nothing to help and couldn't answer questions. Staff seemed to lounge around, and it often felt like only one person was there to handle things. My wife said the ladies' restroom on the ground floor was horrible. I could recommend the hotel if they improved the service.

The order was a bit complicated, but the staff were lovely about it. They made vegetarian noodles for me and adjusted my coffee to leave out the dairy, all with a smile. I’d only stopped in because it was the one cafe open early, and I’m glad I did.

I could watch the fireworks from the balcony. The room was big and clean, with a comfortable bed, and the location was convenient for Sunset Town.
