We had a very unpleasant stay, starting with check-in. I messaged the hotel while traveling from the airport, but there was no receptionist in the lobby when we arrived. I messaged again and got no reply, so we waited about 15 minutes. I then let them know we were going out to eat and would check in when we got back. Around an hour and a half later, someone was in the lobby. He said he was a friend of the hotel staff and checked us in with a keycard. The room looked nice at first, but the bed was dirty, with lots of tiny hairs on the sheets. There were no staff around, and we were exhausted from traveling, so we cleaned it ourselves. Unfortunately, we forgot to take a photo. The bathroom wasn’t clean either, though it was acceptable, and the water pressure was good. We left around 10:30 the next morning and hung the “please make up room” sign on the door. When we returned at about 2:30, the room still hadn’t been cleaned. A staff member told me cleaning continued until 3:00, even though it was already 2:30. We asked for just fresh sheets and two bottles of water, but they brought towels instead. We had to show the staff the dirty sheets and explain again before someone brought new ones and put them on the bed. At checkout, the hotel’s price was higher than the price we booked through booking.com, though the VND amount should have been the same. The difference wasn’t much, but it wasn’t correct. I asked the staff to check, but she stuck to the hotel’s price and told me to contact booking.com myself. Communication was tiring because the staff didn’t understand English very well. We paid so we could leave and be done with it. This was our first and last stay here, and we wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Our group of five stayed in the Two-Bedroom Suite at Hotel Bella. It was spacious and spotless, and even the sofa bed was comfortable enough to hang out and play games on. The staff were incredibly kind, and they kept our luggage for free after checkout. They also arranged airport transfers and photo tours in Sunset Town. Communication through Facebook was very efficient, and they handled all our requests right away. The hospitality was outstanding, and I’d recommend it for a group of friends.

Getting a motorbike directly from Bella Phu Quoc Hotel was quick and easy, and the hotel is very close to the cable car and other main attractions in Sunset Town. Trams and motorbike taxis are easy to find, and Sarah Halal Restaurant & Hotel is nearby. The place is clean and well maintained. Reception staff were friendly, enthusiastic, and attentive, and were willing to prepare vegetarian or halal dishes even though those aren’t on the standard menu. It made for a comfortable, convenient stay.

Chi is my favorite. He looked after us so well, made us feel at home, kept the rooms clean, did our laundry, and even cooked for us. We couldn’t have asked for more. The staff were so nice and made the atmosphere feel cozy, like home. I had a great time and will come back next time I visit Phú quốc ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🌿🌿🌿

It was easy to rent a motorbike right at Bella Phu Quoc Hotel, and the cable car and other main attractions in Sunset Town are very close. Buggy and grab are everywhere, and Sarah Halal Restaurant & Hotel is just around the corner. The place is clean and well maintained. The receptionist was incredibly nice and helpful, and went out of their way to prepare vegetarian or halal meals even though they aren’t on the usual menu. A comfortable, convenient stay. Highly recommended!
