The location is great, but I don’t think the price was worth it. Since it’s a homestay, don’t expect hotel or apartment style amenities. The place had fewer amenities, an older layout, broken tiles, old furniture, and an old bathroom. It was okay for sleeping one night, but I’d booked much nicer, more modern accommodation with more amenities before, so this felt like too much, especially in the off or shoulder season in May. Given the room’s condition, it shouldn’t exceed 400,000-500,000 at most.

The balcony had a beautiful view over Grand World, and the room was spacious and clean with very good air conditioning. It came with a hairdryer, mineral water, and toiletries. Hot water was available, though I had to wait a while for it to warm up. I stayed two nights and really liked it. It was enough to enjoy Grand World.

For one night, it would be okay, but I wouldn’t want to stay longer. Our room was on the fourth floor, up very steep stairs, and there was no elevator. It was dirty, with used disposable dishes under the bed, and there weren’t any shelves or anything else in the room.
