We could walk to the things we needed, and the location worked well for us. Most of all, we loved watching the romantic sunset from our sixth-floor balcony. We're vegetarian, and the staff made sure to keep vegetarian breakfast for us. They were very supportive.

What I’ll remember most is how kindly the team treated us when my 10-year-old daughter got sick and vomited on the bed. I expected to pay the high cleaning penalty, but staff understood it wasn't intentional and declined to charge us, saying her well-being mattered more. That compassion meant a lot during a stressful moment. We also enjoyed the lovely pool, amenities, and beautiful infrastructure at Haya Hotel in Phu Quoc. The breakfast was excellent, the atmosphere pleasant, and the location close to the beach, with some rooms having a nice sea view. The staff were professional and kind throughout. The staff were very helpful, though there was a language barrier, so Google Translate came in handy. They offer airport pickup and drop-off for a positive review, which felt like a fair trade. This is a modest property, not somewhere to expect luxury, but it works as a base. The night market is about five minutes away, the beach is very close, and it's roughly equidistant from north and south Phu Quoc. Breakfast isn't a huge spread, but it's enough to start the day. It might get repetitive over a longer stay, though it's fine for 2-3 days. I had a pleasant visit and would recommend it if you mainly need a place to sleep and shower.

We loved our stay and will definitely come back. The location made things easy, with the sea just two minutes away and a supermarket, restaurants, a hookah bar, and currency exchange all within walking distance. Our room had a fantastic sea view, and waking to the waves was priceless. The pool was clean and warm, and our son could hardly be coaxed out. There's a decent fitness room too. My wife, son, and I arrived April 7, 2026, and left April 14. The hotel exceeded what we expected. Reception staff were friendly and happy to answer our questions, and breakfast was amazing, fresh, delicious, and had lots of choice. If you're heading to Phu Quoc, don't hesitate to choose Haya Hotel.
