The staff were professional, friendly, and ready to help, and the management seemed well organized with guest satisfaction as a priority. Royal Hotel 2 in Phu Quoc made a very positive impression on me. The rooms are clean, modern, well maintained, and have what you need for a comfortable stay. The hotel feels peaceful and elegant, almost like a five-star experience, and the facilities are in excellent condition with close attention to cleanliness and detail. There’s no pool or breakfast, but the beautiful rooms, high standards, and excellent staff still make the hotel feel close to five-star level. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Phu Quoc.

The owner came to our rescue when we were struggling to find somewhere to stay on Christmas! The place had only opened the previous month, so the rooms were in perfect condition. The staff were very kind, and the owner speaks English really well. Highly recommend!!! From Korea.
