A rain leak came up during our stay, and the front desk staff member and Duty Manager Thien Nguyen moved us to another room right away. They handled it so kindly and professionally, and we felt looked after. Thanks as well to the WhatsApp team for helping us late at night, and to the Spa team for the best massage ever. Guest Experience Manager Thu Ngo followed up in such a thoughtful way. I can see why La Festa Phu Quoc has won so many awards. As a Hilton Honors member, I highly recommend it.

The care from the staff made the stay especially memorable. The hotel layout is unusual, so I got turned around now and then, but everyone I met patiently showed me the way, including staff outside guest-facing roles. Tuan was also wonderful when helping me on WhatsApp. I was there on the last day of my trip as a Hilton Honors Diamond member and was very grateful for the lovely suite upgrade. From the room I could see the sea, the town, fireworks, and the clock tower, all together like a movie scene. Going up to the clock tower viewpoint, which hotel guests can access, was a thrill too. I loved the thoughtful design: the bathtub lets you look out at the sky and sea, and the air-conditioning is so quietly built in that all I felt in the bedroom was a gentle breeze. There’s real attention to detail here. La Festa Phu Quoc offers an experience that means more than just a place to sleep, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for something special.

For my youngest daughter, who had recently recovered from major heart surgery, this was her first trip abroad. We were anxious, but Ms. Thu Ngo, the Guest Experience Manager, and her team made it a truly meaningful family trip. When I introduced my daughter in a dress that showed her surgical scar, Ms. Thu knelt to meet her at eye level and greeted her with a warm smile. She treated her like the beautiful child she is, without pity or making her feel different. Later, when my daughter accidentally scratched her heel, Ms. Thu brought a first-aid kit herself and treated it with her own hands. We ate well, too. Breakfast at Finca was fresh and delightful each morning, and the buffet dinner at Fisherman's Catch was spectacular, with every dish prepared carefully. As a Diamond member, I felt welcomed and respected. La Festa is more than a hotel to our family now, it’s where a healthy new chapter began. I’m not a professional YouTuber or blogger, but I had to share how grateful I am. We left with full hearts and hope to return.

The fireworks views from La Festa Hotel in Sunset Town are spectacular, especially over the iconic Kiss Bridge. They happen twice every night, and by the end of our stay I felt I’d seen enough to last the year. We also got complimentary tickets to Symphony of the Sea. The fireworks, water performances, lights, and music over the ocean made for an unforgettable show. Breakfast was a surprise in the best way. As Hilton Gold members, we could eat at Finca instead of the regular buffet restaurant, and the food was excellent. The team was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make the meal enjoyable. We borrowed the complimentary sun hats and beach bags too, which came in handy while exploring the island. The spa was lovely, with beautiful facilities, a relaxing atmosphere, and top notch service. Between the location, views, thoughtful amenities, and hospitality, the hotel exceeded our expectations. If I come back to Phu Quoc, I wouldn't stay anywhere else.
