Luxor Hotel Phu Quoc

After exploring Vietnam, it was easy to relax at the clean, comfortable and well-maintained Luxor Hotel. Things ran smoothly, and it was clear guest satisfaction mattered. Tony, the front desk manager, stood out, along with his team, Mai (receptionist) and Chau (Sercurity). He was warm and professional, and his team was friendly, efficient and sincere. They were always eager to help without making it feel like a burden, whether answering questions, sharing local recommendations or helping with arrangements. Thanks to Tony and the staff, my stay felt personal rather than transactional. Service this attentive and heartfelt is rare. I’d absolutely return and recommend the Luxor Hotel to anyone looking for a good stay in Vietnam.

Manager Tony was understanding about our requests and followed through carefully. He also offered us several interesting tours at good prices. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. The hotel is just a 3-minute walk from the beach, with plenty of restaurants, shops and massage salons around, so everything we needed was close by. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

The rooms were impressively clean, the breakfast was decent, and the view was stunning, even better than we expected. The service was top-notch. Mr.Tony, the Front Office Manager, made our stay especially memorable. He was humble and kind, and made us feel like family. His local information was invaluable, and we really appreciated his recommendation of Luxor Boutique. Thank you, Tony, for such warm hospitality.

Mai did much more for us than just her receptionist duties, helping us throughout our stay. The staff were accommodating, and the room was great for the price. My partner and I spent a quick getaway weekend in Phu Quoc at Luxor Botique Hotel. Thanks so much, we’ll definitely return!
