We had no working AC in the villa's common areas on the ground and first floors from day one through checkout, after five nights. On day three, we woke up with no water. The housekeeper fixed it, and water was back that evening. Rain on day four brought water pouring from the fourth floor all the way down to the ground floor. The villa manager clearly knew about the leak: when the rain started, he panicked and urgently told us to shut all the windows and doors. To me, that showed they knowingly rented it despite it being unfit for rain. It was more like rain indoors than a drip, and we needed 3-4 towels on every floor to soak it up. The next day, flying ants came in through a massive crack under the front door. When we got back, ants were all over the floors and bathrooms, and the kids were terrified. The manager was polite but couldn't do much about these structural problems. The owners kept renting it out, which was shameful. The owner later apologized on WhatsApp and blamed it all on “natural disasters.” I disagree. Rain and flying ants are natural, but a leaky roof and a huge gap under the door are maintenance problems, not acts of nature. One room's toilet clogged one day. We told the manager right away, but nobody came to fix it. On our last night, the AC in another room suddenly broke with a loud crash. The villa was newly built in 2024 and looks stunning in photos, but this was a total scam. Avoid it at all costs.

Su picked us up from the ferry at around 10 at night and took us to the very plush peppercorn villas, where we stayed for a couple of days. Such a hospitable host, with a great family. They even invited us over for homemade Vietnamese food, which was fantastic. We'd definitely stay again. Thanks, Su. Hopefully we'll see you next year. 🙏🙏🙏😎😎😎🥂

The villa is nice and has a very nice swimming pool. Its location is good, and the manager was great, helping us every day. When the electricity went off one day, he compensated us with money. Cleanliness was 8/10.

Our group of 10 was treated exceptionally well, and this was the best villa for a larger group that I've stayed in. The host was incredibly kind and hospitable, the rooms were comfortable, and the huge pool had plenty of space for swimming and playing. We asked the host to arrange a chef and bartender, and the price was very reasonable. The chef made the best meal I had in Phu Quoc, with authentic Vietnamese food. For groups of 6-12, I highly recommend this guesthouse. There can be small insects, so if you can't tolerate them, Phu Quoc may not be for you. Even hotels there have insects. Also, people with mobility issues, especially older guests, should know there are stairs to reach the rooms. Younger people should be fine.

The huge swimming pool was a favorite with my whole family. The villa was relaxing, clean, and well equipped, and the owners were friendly and helpful.
