Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort

Our suite ocean view was beautiful and felt more like home than a hotel room. The bedsheets and bathrobes were lovely, and even the bathroom items felt thoughtfully chosen. The room was cleaned daily, with extra fresh towels brought several times a day, duvets turned down for the night, and delicious chocolate bars left for us. The Pullman team made us feel at home with their kindness. They felt more like friends than hotel staff. The whole territory was beautiful, and everyone was incredibly kind, especially the people from the connectivity lounge, nurse Tu, Ty Em who handled our luggage, and Di from the Light House. Special thanks to Binh, who greeted us warmly each time we came down to the lobby and kept trying to get the technical problem with our bathroom door fixed. We seemed to have these technical issues repeatedly, but he stayed determined and never showed any frustration with us. Huge recommendation!

For peace and quiet, this is a lovely resort. We stayed in a cabana and really enjoyed the little luxuries. The team at mad cow were awesome. Lam took great care of us, and Đang made mad coffee. Tuan, Chin, and Ngoc were attentive as well, especially with our fussy little one. Thanks again, we'll definitely be back.

The mango bingsu is enormous and really fresh, easily enough for two or more. Di kindly told us not to order two portions, and she was right. She made the place feel welcoming, more like being a guest than a customer. We came in for the dessert and ended up loving the whole place. The cappuccino was the best I had on the island, with rich coffee and lovely foam. Great desserts and service.

Mr. Truong Nguyen from reservations arranged a stunning honeymoon decoration that meant a lot to us and went beyond what we expected. Mr. Tang, the bellman, handled our luggage and patiently explained the room. The housekeeping team also deserves thanks: even with flowers making the room messy, they cleaned it beautifully each day. Everyone was friendly and professional, and the hotel was spotless and well cared for. We had a wonderful honeymoon at Pullman Phu Quoc, felt looked after throughout, and would happily return.
