The food, pools, beach and rooms were all amazing, and the hotel's distinctive design made the whole place feel magical. What I’ll remember most, though, is the staff. Everyone was kind, welcoming, attentive and truly helpful, which made the service feel personal and warm from start to finish. JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay Resort & Spa was one of the most incredible hotels I’ve stayed in. Its beautiful design and attention to detail made a strong impression from the moment I arrived. I loved the whole stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend it in Phú Quốc. Can’t wait to come back 🫶🏼

We had an unforgettable time and would happily return. The resort is huge and beautifully designed, with so much to see that you’d need at least a week to discover and appreciate it all. I’d leave a few days free just to explore the grounds, because the resort itself is an experience. Service was exceptional throughout. Every staff member went above and beyond, and the warmth and richness of Vietnamese culture came through in how they treated us. Mai and Aldi at Tempus gave us great suggestions for places around the island. Ellie and Nhu from Guest Services were top-notch, as were the housekeeping team, beach attendants and buggy service team, who made everything run smoothly from start to finish. We felt welcome and cared for as soon as we arrived.

Every part of the resort felt thoughtfully made, from the grand architecture to the little details. Its distinctive design gave the grounds a special charm, with new things to discover around each corner. The setting, service and atmosphere all delivered the kind of luxury escape we hoped for. Most of all, the staff made us feel special. They were warm and attentive throughout, and it was clear they truly cared and went out of their way for us. We had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. We can’t recommend it enough.

Pink Pearl by Chef Olivier Elzem was an experience I won’t forget. We had the 7-course menu, and I’ve never had food that exquisite. The atmosphere and décor were stunning, and the staff were exceptional. The hotel’s concept creates a magnificent, almost mystical feel. The gardens and landscaping are extraordinary, and the sea and well-kept beach are beautiful. I’ve traveled widely and stayed in countless hotels across Europe, the Arabian Peninsula and Turkey, but JW Marriott Emerald Bay Phu Quoc gave me a holiday and hotel experience unlike any other. The staff made us feel as if we’d stepped into a fairytale from the moment we arrived. I’m sorry if I’ve forgotten anyone’s name. Evelyn from Guest Relations showed us around the whole hotel in her buggy, explained the restaurants and social activities, and made us feel at home with her warmth and sincerity. Thai, Bic'h Phusöng, Thi, Duke, Ańh, and Ái from room service cleaned our room every day, left beautiful, lovely-smelling decorations and even tidied our messes. You’re the unsung heroes. Beckamel, Serena, Ne An Thai, Jena, Nhi Vang, and Jasmine at Pink Pearl made every moment feel special, delicious and worthwhile. Pippy, Yang and everyone else at reception were kind, helpful and always smiling. My apologies to those whose names I can’t recall. Thanks as well to the kitchen team for the delicious, varied and flawless dishes each morning. Lucy at the spa reception gave us a warm welcome and was helpful, and Mila’s facial treatment made me feel beautiful. Finally, my heartfelt congratulations to General Manager Mr. John Wooley for putting together such an exceptional team and making this hotel truly one of a kind.
