I don’t get how this place is rated around 4.6 stars right now. We had a deluxe double room, and the stay was awful. At check-in the desk was empty, with kids vaping nearby. Eventually a casually dressed guy came over, looking almost like another tourist or local. He used Google Translate to greet us and ask for our passports, then took photos of them and handed them back. It took a while before he told us card payment wasn’t possible because the card machine was broken. The key cards looked pretty grim too, with only basic details like the room number and Wi-Fi password printed on plain white cards. The lift was tiny and couldn’t fit all our luggage. We pressed floor 2, thinking that would be room 203, but that floor had rooms with 3rd-level numbers. The room was small and musty. The windows were open, letting hot air in, and the mattress felt like cardboard with every broken spring noticeable. The little fridge wasn’t on, and once we switched it on, it made strange noises. Water kept leaking out of the shower area into the middle of the bathroom, so we used the provided towels to stop it. At night we could hear every car and person walking by while trying to sleep. It felt like sleeping outside. I won’t be back.

We booked here but never actually stayed in this hotel. After waiting five minutes in an empty, smelly lobby, someone arrived, took our cash, gave us water and beer, then drove us around the corner to Ventora hotel. He didn’t speak English. When we asked about a paid receipt, he said we didn’t need one. The room at Ventora hotel was really nice, as you can see from my review there. Nobody explained why we were being moved, and we didn’t ask since we wouldn’t have understood each other anyway. A very strange experience.

We arrived for our booking and found nobody around. Someone came after about five minutes, took our payment, then drove us to a nearby hotel down the block. The room there was actually nice. Afterward, though, they told Booking.com I was a no-show and said I might be charged a no-show fee. I’ve never had this happen before. Very strange, and I hope it gets sorted.

The staff were warm and ready to help from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, comfortable, and nicely decorated, with everything well maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The amenities were top-notch, especially the spa, which can be customized as needed. The location was perfect, too. I had an amazing stay, the hotel exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely return. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Clean, pleasant hotel with a nice view and the night market nearby. I enjoyed my stay, though the motorbike rental timing caught us out. We had it for two days, but unlike most places in vn where it’s usually a 24-hour rental, here it was due back in the morning. We had to pay extra for a ride before checkout.
