Although the Booking.com app showed my booking as confirmed, the hotel said they had never received it when I arrived to check in. A little later, the property cancelled it in the app. I lost two hours walking around trying to find another hotel.

The room itself was neat and good, but the owner's manner was really rude and unprofessional. When you get there, they say the rooms are full and arrange for you to stay at another hotel.

The location was handy, close to restaurants and tourist spots, but our stay was unpleasant. We were moved to another hotel, where there was no lift, and the room didn't look nearly as nice as the photos despite costing the same. The TV didn't work either.

The owner and staff were kind, friendly, and helpful, and the lady owner speaking Malay was a nice surprise. Our room was spacious and clean, and I really enjoyed staying here. Halal Venice Restaurant is within walking distance, and the hotel is also near the Venice water taxi, teddy bear museum, and bamboo building. It was very convenient for us, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Phu Quoc.

I had a terrible stay. There’s no bathroom in the room, only a shared one outside, and no room service. One employee handles basic needs, while the owner or manager is nowhere to be seen. We had to carry our own bags, and there’s no road access. When we arrived, they also tried to sell us a family room for twice the price. Please don't book here.
