The hotel was much worse than we expected, with cleanliness a problem throughout. We found lizards in the room, and after changing rooms twice, we still had the same issue in every room we were given. The linens were dirty, the rooms felt unclean, and the pool water was green and clearly not being maintained properly. The Wi-Fi barely worked, so it was hard to rely on even for basic use. We left immediately because of these conditions and asked for a refund, which we did receive. I appreciate that they granted it, but the stay was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. Based on our experience, the hotel doesn't meet acceptable cleanliness or maintenance standards, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The room wasn't anything special, and cobwebs made me think it hadn't been cleaned very well. The TV never worked, and the pool wasn't clean enough.

The location is good, though there isn’t much food available nearby.

It feels like a little oasis on Phu Quoc’s east side, close to the ferry pier. You can walk there in about 15 minutes, or get there by bike in 3. 😉

A quiet, clean place with new equipment and a private pool that had clean water. The price was low, too.
