The sunset and the view from the property were lovely, and for an affordable place, that part delivers. With better upkeep and clearer information, it could be a much stronger option. There were just three loungers on the rooftop, their cushions looked mouldy, and there were no umbrellas. The rooftop pool had limited hours, and on our last day it closed at 5pm without warning. There were no toilets on that level, which was inconvenient and raised hygiene concerns. Our room didn't seem properly cleaned when we arrived: hair was stuck to the shower wall and the dish sponge was mouldy. A balcony chair was broken and unusable. Noise carried from outside and nearby apartments, including chairs scraping across the floor upstairs, because there was no soundproofing. Also, despite what the advertising might suggest, the hotel isn't right on the beach and has no direct beach access.

You can hear guests walking past your room at night because the soundproofing isn't very good. Still, I'd stay again. The room was clean, staff were friendly, and housekeeping tidied it every day. There's a large grassy patch next to the hotel where you can park a car or motorbike, and the location is convenient. For the price, there really wasn't much to complain about. Great value.

We appreciated the welcome snacks, dried mango and nuts, a thoughtful touch. The staff were responsive and gave us useful recommendations. A young staff member with glasses took us to our room; I didn't catch her name, but she was friendly and professional. We booked two rooms and stayed for two nights. The two-bedroom apartment was modern and very spacious, with good privacy in both the rooms and bathrooms. Everything looked clean and well maintained. Great value for such a nice, clean place.

The beds were uncomfortable and gave us back pain, and reception staff were unavailable about half the time when we tried to reach them. This was a really disappointing stay, and there are much better places around the same area. The room looked nice, but smelled of body sweat when we arrived, as if it hadn't been cleaned properly. There were stains on the bed, bugs crawling around, hair under the pillows, and dust everywhere. The shower worked fine. Netflix wouldn't connect on the TV, but that was the least of our concerns. After two days of complaints, they moved us to another room, which had drainage problems and smelled even worse. For a four-star hotel, the filth was disgraceful.
