Stellar Hotel

I booked three rooms online, but they looked nothing like the pictures. The rooms were filthy and disgusting, with black mold patches on the walls, dirty towels, and tiny ants crawling on the bedside table. When I asked to move to another room, the staff refused and acted as if they couldn't speak English. My elderly parents were too tired to move hotels, so we stayed. Avoid this place at all costs.

Don't book this hotel. They cancelled our booking the night before we arrived in Phu Quoc, leaving us stressed and scrambling to find somewhere else to stay. They blamed an apparent error on their end, but that was a lie, they did it because they were charging three times what we had booked months earlier. This is an absolute scam.

I walked out and booked somewhere nearby. It was the first time I'd ever left a hotel like that, but this was the worst one I've seen. My first room had hair still on the floor, dirt in the bathroom, stained cushions, ants, a gap in the door, and mold and rust in the bathroom. I told the front desk, and the staff member tried to move me, but the bathroom floor in the new room was still wet.

The breakfast buffet was very good. The bathroom was poorly maintained, though: the door wouldn't close properly, the jetspray didn't work right, and the shower knob was loose and coming off. None of it was repaired even after I complained.
